It's the first comic in the Bartman series.
Bart gets sent to summer school and on a field trip, they come across a part of a comic book making shop in a paper making company. After seeing a non-foil stamped comic at the comic book shop, and another one the following day, Milhouse calls Bartman to investigate.
Bartman heads over to the company and finds that there are more non-foil stamped comics. He swipes them and is chased down by Jimbo, Kearny and Dolph. They eventually come into a room where the comics are inked. As Bartman dangles from a massive silver ink pit, he swimpes the comics out of Jimbo's hands and the comics fall into the pit below. Bartman escapes alive and is seen in the paper.
